Both photographers have 15 years professional experience, with Adam having worked for the South Wales Evening Post, Wales on Sunday and has operated as a freelance since 2004. James has worked for the South Wales Guardian, Huw Evans Picture Agency and lately as Picture Editor at the Western Mail.
