I lived in different parts of the world for study and work reasons, after living in Sudan about 2 years I came to a turning point to start to become a photographer.

I started photography in year 2004, since then I have worked as a freelance photographer for various publications. In year 2006 I was nominated from Turkey by World Press Masterclass.

In January 2007 I started working with World Picture News, sometimes on an assignment basis. Year 2008 I have worked for daily newspaper as Photo editor. I have covered two major personal projects to date. In my projects I try to show people’s strength when facing hardships.

My works have been published at Newsweek,Liberation,French Elle,Financial Times,Stern,Le Monde and some more.
