Fiona Morris is a Sydney based freelance photojournalist and documentary photographer. She is mainly drawn to socially based issues. Her clients include Fairfax publications and Greenpeace Australia. Her work has been exhibited in numerous group shows in Australia including; Representing the Real at the Stills Gallery in 2002, Reportage a prestigous Photojournalism Festival from 2003 to 2005 and Fotofreo Fringe in 2006. Her work has also been selected for Sydney Life part of Art and About in both 2004 and 2005 and Head On a portraiture exhibition in 2006 and 2007. In 2006 she exhibited her work as a part of Chroniques Austaliennes in Montpellier, France. Fiona traveled to Brewarrina in 2005 to teach photography to Aboriginal teenagers as a part of a photographic project Connexions in Time. Her photo’s are widely published and are collected by the State Library of NSW.
