Davin Ellicson (b. 1978) is an American photographer represented by the Anzenberger Agency and is based in Romania while he pursues stories throughout the Balkan region.
Davin's work has been published in The Carleton College Voice, TimeOut New York, Blueeyes Magazine, Diplo Magazine in London, DU Magazine from Zurich, Intermediair in Amsterdam, Austria's derStandard and Germany's Süddeutsche Zeitung among others.
His work was chosen for American Photography 23 and has been shown at the Voies Off Fringe Festival, Rencontres d'Arles, Arles, France.
Davin's photographs of Romanian peasants are featured in a new book called 'East' showcasing young Anzenberger photographers' projects in Eastern Europe.
In June, he was a participant at Review Santa Fe.
