DIGITAL RAILROAD NAMES TOM GRINA CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

SEATTLE, March 3, 2008—Digital Railroad, a leading provider of Web-based application services for the professional photography industry, today announced the appointment of Thomas A. Grina to Chief Financial Officer.

A seasoned finance executive, Grina has over 20 years' experience leading financial organizations in the telecom and software industries. He'll play integral roles in overseeing Digital Railroad's finance organization, account management, and business and operating strategy.

"Tom brings a wealth of experience in growing entrepreneurial startups into successful companies," said Digital Railroad CEO Charles Mauzy. "His longtime experience as a CFO, in addition to the executive roles he's held at larger established companies, will be invaluable to our company."

Grina previously was CFO at Digeo, Inc., a Kirkland-based company specializing in home entertainment software and technology. Prior to Diego he was CFO at Advanced Telecom Group, a business-to-business telecom company in northern California.

Deeply experienced in finance strategy and practice, Grina oversaw initial public offerings while Executive Vice President and CFO at Bellevue-based Advanced Radio Telecom and Dial Page, Inc., in Greenville, South Carolina. His track record also includes extensive mergers and acquisitions experience ranging from sole proprietors to billion dollar mergers.
