Positions Available:

Sales Managers
US and Europe

We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage sales initiatives and oversee a growing sales team. Sales jobs will be heavily commission-based with great potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develops new client prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales revenue.
• Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies.
• Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase revenue.

Requirements:

• Extensive photographer and photo agency relationships in photojournalism, commercial photography, fashion, portraiture, celebrity, etc.
• Experience selling software services preferred.
• Experience with photographer, agency and photo editor digital workflow.
• Ability to work proficiently with multiple communication methods, such as email, phone, online message boards, instant messaging, customer support and online ticketing systems.
• Experience with both Mac and PC operating systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Software: Photoshop, Microsoft Office, CRM services

Europe-Based Employee Requirements:

• Multilingual; Minimum required: Native European language and English. A third language is a plus (French, Italian, German, Spanish ).

Must be willing to start with a contract position. There is potential for this position to become full-time with benefits and stock options.
