Lisa Quiñones
New York City based photographer Lisa Quiñones shoots for a variety of editorial and corporate clients around the world. Represented by the Black Star agency since 1989, she is equally at home shooting in factories, corporate environments, on the streets of New York or on the campaign trail. This versatile photographer has covered major news events, business stories and politics, as well as producing a wide range of feature stories. Her varied interests have led her to stories as diverse as an in-depth personality profile of the boxer George Foreman; the labor-intensive construction of a Steinway piano; an Ultimate Fighting Championship match in Alabama, natural childbirth, pollution and environmental issues along the Mexican border and the horror of 9/11 and its after effects in her home town of NYC. She has extensive experience covering national politics and has photographed every presidential campaign since 1992, as well as former First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton’s historic Senate run. Lisa’s' editorial work has been published in such magazines as Business Week, Time, U.S. News & World Report, Newsweek, People, Stern and German Geo. Assignments for corporate clients have appeared in publications for ExxonMobil, The Gap, Lucent Technologies, Erco, Hertz and Ford, among others.
