His work has been published regionally in Northern Michigan, as well as in the New York Times, Sierra Magazine, Detroit Free Press, Conscious Choice and Utne.
His personal work has been focused on promoting Fair Trade coffee with images from Mexico, Bolivia and Rwanda.
He attended the Hopkins-Nanjing Center for Chinese and American Studies and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese-- and he is always on the look out for ways to apply this language skills.
